We include as many 3D photos as required for the size of the lot, a 2D overhead view with plant legend, and our care sheets for most if not all plant types used. Materials required for hardscape are also included and itemized by square footage needed to complete the project. This way you can do it yourself in stages or hire a professional, your choice!

First, we book a consultation where we will come out and walk the property with you, get your ideas/inspiration, and take measurements. If you have a survey of your property, that certainly helps! Then, we will come back to the office and start rendering your design starting with the house first and then laying out any hardscape along with plants. Once complete, you will be sent some images and 2D plan for review. We allow up to 2 revisions before additional charges would have to be assessed for time. Once approved, you will get everything you need to either execute the plan yourself or hire a company.

Exterior 3D focuses primarily on creating beautiful and sustainable landscape designs. Part of keeping our costs low includes your ability to choose between installing the design yourself or finding local companies to complete the work for you. We also aren’t bound by which materials would offer us the highest margins, so you can feel confident we picked the plants that will most complement your design rather than our bottom line.

We serve from Hendersonville, NC, east to Charlotte, NC, south to Greenville, SC, and anywhere in between. We pride ourselves on the experience of our in-person consultations and getting to really know our clients. We charge $99 for an in-person consultation. This cost will go towards your final design should you move forward with us. All quotes are based on complexity and lot size, but a full design typically starts at $599.
